New Challenge #20 at Morgan's ArtWorld

Hi,
Yes its Friday again, and its that time of the month to
share with you my project.
College is going OK I guess,
I seem to be having a bit of trouble with this subject but
I'm hoping to get my head around it soon.
(Fingers Crossed)
Management Accounting was always my weak point
but I won't let it defeat me!!

My Project this
week is:-
Cameo 17 Digi Stamp

To begin with I used a Square Kraft Card
(stash)
which I then topped with a Square of Beige Writing.
(A Beautiful Life - Love to Craft)

Next I printed off the Image
on White DC Paper
And coloured it in using my Promarker Pens.
Satin
Sunkissed Pink
Coral
Blossom
Dusky Rose
Antique Pink
Bright Green
Caramel
Cocoa
Walnut
Burnt Umber
Umber
and I also used a Gold Metallic Gel Pen

Next I cut it out to fit under the Wooden Photo Frame
(A Beautiful Life - Love To Craft)
Befor fixing it in place I sponged around the edges of the Image
using a cobination of
Antique Linen, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain
Distress Inks.

To make my Sentiment I used a scrap of Kraft Card
cut to a Rectangle and the edges rounded using 5mm Corner Punch
(X-Cut)
then using Walnut Stain Distress Ink
I used the Art in Beauty Stamp.
(I'm sorry I don't know who's it is!! If anyone can help much appreciated)
Then I added it to the Card using Foam Pads

I hand made a Small Bow using 5mm White/Gold Edged Ribbon

and added it to the Sentiment Card.

Finally I added 6x 6mm AB Brown Pearls

3 to the Top Right and 
3 to the Bottom Left o the Card.

New Challenge #207 at Glitter N Sparkle

HAPPY BIRTHDAY,
Yes it is Glitter N Sparkle's 4th Birthday today, 
and I would like to let you all know about

week is:-
Chianti Set Digi Stamp

To begin with I used 2 White Square Cards
(stash)
which I Glued together in the middle.
I then cut 3 Squares of Black Card
(stash)
for each Panel.
Using 'On Your Birthday Embossing Folder
(Crafter's Companion)
I embossed 3 smaller Squares of 
Navy Blue Card
(stash)

Next I printed off the Images
on White DC Paper
And coloured it in using my Promarker Pens.

Caramel
Berry Red
Burgundy
Aubergine
Tea Green
Turquoise
Pear Green
Marsh Green
Olive Green
Ice Grey 1
Cool Grey 5



I then die-cut each image out using a 10 sided Die
(I think its a Sizzex)
And I coloured the edges with my Black Promarker..

I next Stamped out my Sentiments
(sorry not sure who's stamps they are)
using Tuxedo Black Ink.
(Momento)
Which I then cut out and backed onto 
Strips of Black Card

I added Holographic Moss Glitter 
(Glitter Magic)
to the Twirls on the Vines,
and on the Bottle and Glass 
I added Glossy Accents
(Ranger)

Finally I added 6mm AB Deep Red Pearls

2 each beside each Image.

New Challenge #206 at Glitter N Sparkle

Hi,
Yippee,
I'm back at College, but this year I'm doing my course on a night,
so I can 'hopefully' go to work.
And boy am I just loving it.
I find the whole world of Accounting fascinating,
I know there are parts of it I will struggle with and find hard
but over all its just so much fun.

This week I took my inspiration for my Card 
from a lovely little Sketch at Pals Paper Arts

on to which I placed a small square of Kraft Card
(both from my Scrap Box)

Finally I rolled up a length of Brown Twine
(from my Garden Shed)
to try and make it look like a Lasso.

New Challenge #205 at Glitter N Sparkle

And Back,
Well that was our Holidays over and done with.
And to let you all know how I did at the Village Fair,
I was very pleased.
I got 1st, 2nd and 3rd for my Cards.
For the Paintings I got 1st (and a Special Award) and 3rd.
My Cross Stitch got 1st, as well as the Christmas Decoration (1st).
My Lemon Drizzle Cake came 3rd and my
Pot of Jam got 1st 
(see told you that the Microwave method is yummy).
And because of all the Craft wins I also got 
2 Trophies to proudly display. 
1 for my Cross Stitch and the other for being the overall Craft Winner.
Yay go me...

Then I come home and its straight in to real life, 
and enrolling in College ready to start my 
Second Year of Accounting.
and also having to deal with the major headache of 
the Job Center, as I am having no luck at finding a Job.
Everyone keeps telling me I have no experience,
but how do I get any if I can't get a job!!!!!!!!

I then Backed the Image on to a rectangle of Cyan Blue Paper

for my 'Add Some Metal' I took a 
Bronze Cards Charm
(Craft Embellishment)
and attached it to a length of 5mm wide Bronze Chain.

Finally I added 3x 10mm Square AB Blue 
Flower Patterned Rhinestones

New Challenge #204 at Glitter N Sparkle

Hi,
As you all know I have been making and baking 
frantically for the last couple of days.
Today is the Big Day for 
the Village Flower and Produce Show.
I have 5 Cards, 3 Paintings, an A3 Cross Stitch Picture,
 Christmas Decoration, Lemon Drizzle Cake and
a pot of Blackberry + Apple Jam,
all ready and waiting to go across to the Village Hall
ready for judging at 10am.
Fingers Crossed ehh.

To begin with  I printed off the Image
straight onto the Square White Base Card

Using my Promarker Pens.
Satin
Buttercup
Powder Blue
 I applied the Pens to a Sponge 
and dabbed them on in the areas I wanted them to go.

Then using my Heatwave Pen 
(We R Memory Keepers)
I used Gold Heatwave Foil and hand drew on the
'Peace' Sentiment.
